Orders are sent by first class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as standard. Proof of delivery of all products is obtained by signature. If your order is returned to us as UNDELIVERABLE because you made an error when filling out your address, or, if your are not in when your parcel arrives (UK orders) Royal Mail should leave you a card and will keep your package at your local sorting office for 7 days enabling you to pick it up.
After 7 days the parcel will then be returned to us. Postal charges will apply to send the goods back out to you. |
